Contract Manufacturing
Electronic Manufacturing Facility
* Full manufacturing facility for assembly and testing of PCBs both with surface mount and through-hole technologies.
* Variety of products on the same production line.
* Fully climatic controlled surface mount PCB manufacturing facility, equipped with machines like automatic "Pick & Place", Screen Printer, temperature controlled Reflow Oven, In-circuit tester with all the test jigs and fixtures.
* Through hole PCB manufacturing facility and functional test setup with all the test jigs and fixtures.

Mechanical Process:
* We design the Enclosure and prepare the CAD to get the die made for molds. The Die is then made outside and so are the plastics for the enclosures.
* Small injection molding is done in the factory e.g. the pins of the wire, knobs
* Stickers of the labels are printed on aluminium foil sheet with the address/cautions, S.No
* The canvas bag for the packaging is also made in our sister concern
* Manuals are designed in house and then get printed.
